Everyone thinks they know what the best thing in life is, some think it is money, others think only of power. They’ve all got it wrong. There is nothing comparable to holding your own child, your own flesh and blood. The true knowledge that you created life, something innocent and soft that you can cherish is unlike anything else ever experienced. Forget the superficial, just find a friend with a newborn and take a whiff of the area between their shoulder and their neck. That smell is the answer to what life is really all about. Don’t believe me? Ask a parent.
